Profiles

Graduates have comprehensive knowledge of general and comparative history and can analyse and approach general and specific topics in the context of historical development and from a comparative perspective. They are well-versed in expert historical discourse, public history and cultural/historical heritage in a transnational context.

Graduates are qualified to continue in a doctoral programme or to seek employment in research centres, regional and local administration institutions, museums, archives, cultural heritage and tourism at all levels, including European. They have team playing skills.

Furthermore, graduates are qualified for work in institutions, organizations and companies, both national and supranational, diplomacy, the media and business.
