Study programme at Faculty of Science |
🇨🇿 NMgr.

Profiles

The graduate has deep knowledge of statistical thermodynamics a theory of molecular structure and spectroscopy. He/she has knowledge of modern computational chemistry methods such as quantum chemistry calculations or Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics simulations.

He/she is able to solve problems of structural and dynamical aspects of complex systems using state-of-the-art tools of computational chemistry. The graduate will find use in various fields of science including material engineering, pharmaceutical research, molecular biology, biotechnology and/or catalysis.

He/she will find positions either in applied research in private sector (pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, chemical industry) or in academia.
