Graduate has a broad knowledge of geology and the necessary knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry. He/she has attended basic courses in the fields of hydrogeology, engineering geology and specialized courses of applied geophysics with a focus on the whole spectrum of geophysical methods. He/she masters the methods of field exploration, processing of measured geophysical data and their quantitative interpretation.

He/she focuses mainly on designing and carrying out geophysical exploration work for searching for inhomogeneities of the rock environment, searching for groundwater and mineral deposits, monitoring of rock radioactivity and seismicity. He/she is ready for further research work as well as for taking up positions of responsibility and practical activities in the sphere of state administration or in the private sphere.
