The graduate has gathered full knowledge in medical microbiology and the basics of molecular epidemiology. The graduate acquires skills in selected diagnostic procedures, the technologies and methods, the application and the contribution of individual methods will be able to critically evaluate.Knowledge is applied during experimental work in the laboratory or in solving epidemic episodes.
She/he is familiar with phenotypic and genotypic detection of microbes, including microbial genome analysis. S/he is able to design a research project, present the results of his work, plan, write and defend research project.
S/he is able to independently design and experimentally address research tasks, including managing small teams.
