Graduates of the Hydrology and Hydrogeology master study programme gain general and specialized knowledge of phenomena and processes in hydrosphere and influences of human society on water resources and water circulation on the Earth including impact on quality of surface and underground water. During the studies, they gain scientific knowledge about hydrology, hydrogeology, hydrochemistry and water treatment, information about water ecosystems and master the methods of field survey, laboratory analytical training, remote sensing, GIS and basics of numerical modelling.
The graduate is capable of solving partial and complex tasks individually and improving his professional qualifications. He is prepared for further scientific career as well as practical employment in public administration or private sector.
