Abstract
Most detailed monography on dragonflies (Odonata) evaluating about 75 000 faunistic data from the territory of the Czech Republic within last century. Colour photos of both sexes, biology, ecology and conservation are presented in all mentioned species.
Distribution of separated species is summarized in tables, graphs and maps and. Faunistic data are analyzed with respect of altitude, ecology and phenology of studied species.
