Abstract
The treatise deals with issues of health risks related to nutrition and hygiene principles during meal preparation. It includes analysis of theoretical information in the nutrition field (toxic substances in food, alimentary infections) and methodical elaboration of the theme in order to be used in cooking courses in basic schools.
