Humanistic principles in pedagogy and in teacher training

Abstract

The humanistic conception is to serve as the theoretical basic for the philosophical,psychological and pedagogic anchoring of a complex approach in teacher training. The non-directive approach and values are important preconditions for qualitive change in the students.
