Abstract
The paper lists some aspects and properties of present-day Czech terminology, sketches possible theoretical approaches to terms and points out the problems of the typology of multi-word terms (commonly collocations). The analysis proceeds from excerpting contemporary written specialised medical texts and specialised medical dictionaties.
