Abstract
The methodical handbook provides a methodical instruction for teachers for working through and practising the teaching material in the Textbook of the Czech Language for the 7th year of primary schools and in its Working book. The relevant chapter includes themes from the Teaching about the Word: the literal meaning of words, phrases and word groups, words with single and multiple meanings, metaphors, synonyms, homonyms, antonyms, the vocabulary and means of its enrichment: derivation, composition, abbreviation.
The handbook also provides the correct solutions of all exercises.
