Abstract

Osteonecrosis of jaws is one of the possible complications during bisfosfonates therapy. On the other hand, bisphosphonates are indivisible part of bone tumors treatment for patients who suffer for osteoporosis.

Osteonecrosis after bisphosphonates treatment is probably caused by disfunction of circulary system inside the bone. Moreover new bisfosfonates are containing molecules of nitrogen, which deteriorate the situation.
