Abstract
The book is intended primarily for students Master's degree program of Czech law schools will benefit from it but certainly doctoral graduates and preparing for the rigorous testing in the field of environmental law, as well as students and teachers of other faculties and universities are rightly concerned. The first part of each chapter presents a set of so-called control questions, which are induced by the need to work with the central law and to answer the basic questions.
