Abstrakt
Duringthepastyears,theDEPFETcollaborationundertookanextensiveprogramofbeamteststudiesas a partofthedevelopmentofnewgenerationsofDEPFETpixeldetectors.Thebeamtestsin2006,2007 and 2008ontheCERNSPSbeamhavedemonstratedhighperformanceofILC-typeDEPFETmatrices: S/N over 100,andspatialresolutionsbelow2 mm. Theextensivedatasetofthe2008beamtestallowedus to startdetailedstudiesofthedetectorproperties,suchasresponsehomogeneityandresolution mapping.
