Abstract
The article evaluates the exhibition by Jiří Němec “Ornagrams”. This neologism comes from “ornament” and “diagram”.
Němec in his latest production in a new way evaluates ornament creating. He has been inspired by schemes derived from videos recording various kinds of movement in the nature (orbits of insects, of human gestures, walk or plants activated by wind).
Followed geometry manipulations help Němec to gain more complicated ornaments. The new innovation is critically appreciated but at the same time the threat has been expressed warning from the potential impacts of the mechanism side of this method.
