Abstract
Our manuscript reports the overview of modern therapy procedures in multiple myeloma, especially procedures using highly effective drugs available in last 10 years - thalidomide, bortezomib and lenalidomide. Many other drugs are tested in clinical studies.
For treatment optimalisation all are looking for therapy with maximal effect and minimal toxicity at once.
