Abstract
The aim of our study was to investigate the occurence of food allergy to eggs and evaluate, whether this food allergy can exacerbate the atopic eczema. Our other aim was to determine the clinical value of the diagnostic methods (skin prick tests, atopy patch tests, specific serum IgE) in the diagnostic work - up of food allergy in patients with atopic eczema.
