Less common case of odontogenic cyst propagation into the maxillary sinus

Abstract

The topic of this case report is an accidental finding of an inflammatory complication of the large radicular cyst in the maxillary sinus. The cyst was found through the targeted clinical and X-ray examination in patient who has not been in dentist for 10 years.
