Abstract
This publication was originally designed to study the land law in law schools, but it can be used by anyone who needs to gain a complete and comprehensive information on property relations in the Czech Republic. In practice it is mainly to gain basic knowledge of property law relations, administrative offices, real estate agencies, enterprises and other institutions.
The introductory section explains the basic concepts of soil, land, lots and property in the legal sense, their specificities and relationships. In subsequent chapters the author deals purpose categorization of land land property, rights to land, land alteration, property registration, land registration, special and legal regime of selected categories of land (eg, use and protection agriculture and forest land, water relations associated with the originating and mining, etc.). 3rd edition includes all amendments and legislation, including the publication date.
