Gastroenteropancreatic endocrine tumors consists of gastrointestinal endocrine tumors (carcinoids) and pancreatic endocrine tumors (gastrinoma, insulinoma, glukagonoma, VIPoma and non functional pancreatic endocrine tumors), which are relatively rare tumors with overall incidence 2-3/100000 inhabitants per year. Article is focused on neuroendocrinal endocrine tumors (NET) of gastrointestinal tracts.
