Binding of Platinum Complexes to DNA Monitored by Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract

Binding kinetics of cis-Platinum to well-defined DNA duplexes was studied by Raman spectroscopy. Formation of monofunctional adducts and cross-linked complexes were evidenced by means of factor analysis.
