Abstract
In this work, separation systems with zirconia-based columns were characterized. Their application allowed recognition of the interactions which can participate in the separation process under different conditions.
Separation systems were compared and the relationship between their characterization and development of new methods for the analysis of bioactive compounds was concluded.
