Abstract
The temperature dependence of magnetic and dielectric properties of high quality stoichiometric single-crystals of magnetite were investigated.Below the Verwey transition both ac susceptibility and ac permitivity reveal similar relaxation processes. Connection with domain structure and VHP of of electric conductivity was discussed.
