Czech bicameralism de lege ferenda - consideration about electoral system in the both chambers of the Czech parliament

Abstract

The author deals with the option of the change of the electoral systems in both chambers of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. He analyses the presumptions of this proceeding, he tries to find the best electoral procedure and he looks about the appropriate incidence on the political culture in the country.
