Monitoring international obligation: The Czech Republic under the supervision of the Council of Europe Language Charter

Abstract

This paper deals with the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, ratified by the Czech Republic in 2006. The control mechanism of the Charter supports the internal processes aimed at promoting regional and minority languages.
