Synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of In(III) complexes anchored by DOTA-like chelators bearing a quinazoline moiety

Abstract

The paper describes synthesis of DOTA-like macrocycles bearing chinazoline moiety. Acid-base and coordination properties were studied.

The ligands were used for complexation of In(III) ions for potential use in radiomedicine.
