Abstract

Evaluate the potential of quantitative MR techniques – voxel-based morphometry (VBM), T2-relaxometry, mean diffusivity (MD) and fractional anisotropy (FA) – in the diagnostics of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
