Abstract
The author deals with the problem of Fall of Communist Regime in Czechoslovakia, and also of Strategy and Position of Communist Party and the Opposition during this Political Crisis. He analyses also basic transformation steps needed for the Creation of Plural Party System and Democratic Constitutional System.
He also analyses the question of sources of Creation of new Czech Political Elite. The author focused also the results of First Free Elections in Czechoslovakia in June 1990 at the end of this article.
