Remodelling of the femoral head after proximal femoral osteotomy for avascular necrosis associated with slipped capital femoral epiphysis

Abstract

Avascular necrosis is the most devastating complication associated with slipped capital femoral epiphysis. In this case report, we present the clinical and radiological outcome of two patients after proximal femoral osteotomy for avascular necrosis associated with slipped capital femoral epiphysis.
