Poly(ethylene oxide)-like Plasma Polymers Produced by Plasma-Assisted Vacuum Evaporation

Abstract

The article is focused on the determination of properties of PEO-like plasma polymers deposited by plasma-assisted vacuum evaporation. The main attention is devoted to the relationship between applied power and the structure and bioadhesive properties of the deposited coatings.
