Polypyrrole and Polyaniline Prepared with Cerium(IV) Sulfate Oxidant

Abstract

Parallel approach to the synthesis of polypyrrole and polyaniline was demonstarted when cerium sulfate was used as oxidant for samples preparation. Using elemental analysis, FTIR study and measurements of electrical conductivity the influence of different molar ratio on resulting properties was examined.
