Polyaniline-coated silver nanowires

Publication at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics |
2010

Abstract

Composites composed of polyaniline and silver prepared in the solution of formic acid was studied. The concentration of formic acid influenced the silver morphology.

At low concentration silver formed nanowires, at high concentration of formic acid silver formed globular particles. Composites were characterized by TEM, UV-VIS, FTIR and Raman spectroscopy.

Electrical conductivity was also measured.
