Abstract
International Conference The Role of the Courts in Environmental Protection was held at Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. The conference was conducted exclusively in English.
The conference aimed to assess the role of courts in international, European Union and national levels of environmental protection, as it has developed in past decades and should be developed in future.
