Abstract

The communication process is an essential starting point in meeting the needs of patients. The public address strings are the steps, areas that build on each other and whose mastery requires learning skills that support good communication.

Coping with communication difficulties is a matter of understanding, repetition and consolidation of skills and gaining new experiences in the clinics. In the study of all medical disciplines is essential teaching communication skills, which are one of the pillars of assessing the level of nursing care.

The contributors present observations and differences in the perception of teaching communication skills in the fields of Bachelor's and Master's degree.
