Abstract
An essential part of the nursing task is communication with people, empathy, ability to identify, recognize and find ways to meet the needs of patients who are dependent on care. The profession of nurses are essential quality of nursing care.
Soft skills "soft skills"formerly known as social skills are identified as key to the success of how to manage barriers to communication between people, their behavior, but also how to handle herself. A thin, sometimes invisible line that goes through each act of nursing stages of the process is the ability to perceive the man to listen to him, to be able to choose the right words to encourage.
