Abstract
This article deals with the means of every single communication steps in the education process of the Bachelor´s degree program – Nursing. During the education we focus on the meaning of every stage of communication process, it´s understanding, acquirement and fixation of new knowledge.
On the communication model and it´s using in the education is mainly attended by students. The education is interactive.
It´s not just an ordinary gaining the new informations. Every theme is based on the syllabus of every subject but it´s preference is determined by students.
This is a part of the cooperative way of the behaviour which is the possibility for the right climate of the year-class. The part of the interactive education is gaining the informations which is searched by the students and then, in the lessons they check the informations. he cumulative part of our education process is leading the discussion on the topic,opinions, self-reflection and self-evaluation the students based on the feed-back.
