The Right to Undisturbed Public Office in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The author firstly determines the conception of the right to undisturbed public office. Then is the article divided into parts of conception in legislative and judiciary body.

As regards of the legislative, this part insists on the genesis of the elicitation of the right to undisturbed public office from the Article 21 paragraph 4 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms. The part about the judiciary power focuses on two cases of the judge of the Czech Supreme court I.
