New concepts of art and life in the novel of Slovene writer Izidor Cankar

Abstract

In the novel S poti (1913) Izidor Cankar presents a modern concept of art and life through the perspective of a nervouse, doubled - decadent hero. The imagination of the auttobiographical hero represent the new - expresionist and avantgard concept of art.
