Adult Education Policies in the Czech Republic: Experience with Two Versions of Neoliberalism

Abstract

The lecture and its written version deal with changes in the State politics in the field of adult education. Attention is paid to the era after 1989.

It was formed by the neoliberal orientation of the State politics. The influence of the European integration is evaluated as an important impuls for (relatively) successful development of adult education in the Czech Republic.
