The control module for investigation of regular discharge instabilities by means of probe plasma diagnostic measuring system
Abstract
The controlling module is able to acquire data triggered with instabilities of the discharge by probe diagnostics apparatus for plasma by the way of automatic time – defined triggering of the probe current sample and probe voltage setting. It is acquired probe measurement with subsequent equidistant time-shifted triggering that enables to determine the development of the distribution function during the instability together with another plasma parameters.
