Abstract
The claims of this invention are met with a catalyst based on metal-CeO2 primarily for use in fuel cells, for production of hydrogen via reaction of water with carbon monoxide, for reforming exhaust of combustion engines, and for catalysis of other chemical reactions, comprising a thin layer of CeO2 and at least one metal.
