Abstract
The paper deals with a new system of accident insurance and analysis new regularization of accident insurance of employees (by Act No. 266/2006 Coll. which is to take effect on 1st January 2013) and its system of benefits. The last chapter is a comparison of legislation in selected European countries.
There are also basic knowledge of different systems. Then the paper discusses the amount and payment of benefits and the financing and management of system.
