Rotational temperature of oxygen molecules in DC glow discharge in O2-Ar mixtures sustained in discharge tube made from Pyrex glass

Abstract

Rotational temperature was dermined by help of optical emission spectroscopy for O2-Ar mixture up to 50% Ar in the mixture, for the pressures up tu 500 Pa and for discharge current up to 40 mA.
