Significance of thyrosinkinase inhibitors before and after stem cell transplantation in patients with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Abstract

Thyrosinkinase inhibitors in patiens with Ph+ ALL induce CR in higher group before aloT. When the therapy with imatinib failure the therapy with dasatinib may be successful.
