System of social and legal protection of children in France: on the way to the prevention and responsability

Abstract
The article deals with the conception and system of social and legal protection of children in France with regard to actual questions of child's protection against the danger. In view of the 10th anniversary of adoption of Czech legislative act upon the social and legal protection of chlidren and evaluation of its quality or effectiveness, we bring into broader discussion the comparative view targeted on long-lasting, widely accepted and inspiring practice of French courts or municipal authorities.
The article hereby treats both system pillars - judicial child protection as well as the child care provided by administrative bodies.
