Abstract
External subjects, both commercial and state-owned offer to schools the assistance in school evaluation. They especially offer the setting, processing and assessment of questionnaires for students, parents, teachers and didactic tests for students.
The quality of such services substantially varies. The article presents to head teachers or evaluation coordinators the clues to inspect the quality of external services.
