Abstract
This paper addresses the implementation of the practical part of a certified course for the preparation of clinical practice mentors and specialist education trainers at Faculty Hospital Motol. In the final part of the course, after passing the theoretical part, the mentors demonstrated their didactic abilities in the course of clinical practice at the workplace within the framework of supervision under the direction of academic nursing staff at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and Faculty Hospital Motol.
