Abstract
Reflection on the context of the accession of John of Luxembourg to the Bohemian throne and the first decennium of his reign. Study deals with the relationship between John and Elisabeth of Bohemia, his conflicts with the Czech nobility and she polemizes with labeling him King the Foreigner.
