The text deals with the ideology of purity of the 19th century as intrusions of anthropological discourse in the medical literature. The postulate of (moral) purity was primarily a matter of internal censorship and for literary texts had a significant aesthetic censequences.
The main attention is paid to the strategy leaving traces of the "body writing" and nearly hysterical deletions in the text of Božena Nemcová and Karel Hynek Mácha.
