Abstract
The article is focused on a work of the count Ivan Andrejevič Chvorostinin (died on 28. 2. 1625), which had become a part of a more general debate on the pervasion and reception of European influences in the the Moscovian mileu many decades before the coronation of Peter the Great (1682–1725).
