Abstract
Various situations and childrens needs and behaviour should motivate teachers to continuously reflect upon their work.Although sources of information and inspiration can be found in specialised books,seminars are very useful.The article presents results of a research investigating teacher skills that need to be developed and the required fokus of further education.
